A fair review – pros and cons

The room service was exceptional, ensuring I returned to a clean, organized space with fresh towels and a made bed daily. The staff truly made me feel appreciated during my stay.

While the overall experience was decent, I did encounter some concerns regarding the noise and a slightly chaotic parking lot atmosphere, which detracted from my comfort.

The location worked for me, away from downtown but close enough to explore. I unpacked and found the room clean and comfortable. The price was reasonable, which I appreciated as I was traveling with my partner for a little getaway. It was nice to have a pool to relax by after a long day of sightseeing.

I had some concerns about the noisy environment outside. It was difficult to ignore the sounds coming from nearby rooms. Also, the building appeared to be somewhat old, which made me a bit uneasy.

We had a comfortable king room that suited our large family perfectly. The friendly service made our stay even better, and the fact that they were accommodating with my pet dog was a huge plus for us.

My wife says that we needed more accessible first-floor rooms for families with kids and pets.

I really enjoyed my stay as it was conveniently close to the beautiful mueller lake park, perfect for morning strolls, and there were several great dining options like shanghai chinese & dim sum just a short walk away. as a single traveler, i appreciated the cleanliness and the friendly staff which really made for a comfortable experience.
